Finally watched Alien Covenant. I liked it.
Danny was in town and I took him to the Indonesian restaurant. He liked it.

WORLD CHAMPS
Perfect timing. After we wrapped the filming in SF, I got to watch the Warriors win another championship. We celebrated on the streets and went nuts.

Shifts – Lucio Reis
Lucio works with Dakila Research group and is the one who introduced Danny to them and what they are working on in Brazil. We have had Lucio on other podcasts before but had some technical problems. Today Danny and Lucio talk about what is about to happen when the shift occurs.

Organizing some old photos. I feel like it’s going to take all summer or all year to organize all my stuff. But it has to happen. You know the feeling.
I’ll be posting a lot of random old stuff for a while I think. Get ready.
Remember when everyone lived in the TL?
One morning at breakfast Mike grabbed my camera and shot this selfie with it. It was printed in the Hamburger Eyes book published by Powerhouse. He was like, “Where’s my photo credit?”. I feel like it’s mostly my photo. My camera, processing and printing so it’s a collab but leaning more on my side. What do you think?

Waves – Felipe Branco
Danny hit me up this morning and said, “Let’s get on a call today with Felipe”. I said, “Ok perfect, I just started a new Youtube channel.” Felipe is based in Brazil and part of the Dakila Research group. We had him on some earlier podcasts and recordings, but those didn’t come out so good because of technical difficulties. Anyways, he has a lot to say about a lot of topics. There is a lot of info here that may “challenge” some belief systems, but I think it is fun to explore new ideas and get different perspectives.

LA PAGES
LA Pages zine fair this past weekend. I had a good time as usual checking out books and zines and catching up with the homies. And as usual didn’t get much photos. But here are some.
Within the first hour someone bought the giant balut photo and then Greg bought the windbreaker, so there went my whole wall display.
That’s it.
Side note fun fact : years ago there was a show in SF with Hamburger Eyes, 8 Ball, and Deadbeat Club. No one could name the show, so I suggested calling the show “Pages” since we were all publishers. I actually had a section of this website called “Pages” and it was photos of zine pages. Anyways, they were into it and fast forward to now and we have “LA Pages”. They said it was coincidence. Hmmmmmm.
